Elaine Doran is the President of Doran Public Relations, and has built a solid reputation in corporate, non-profit, health, and entertainment public relations for the past 25 years. Her firm specializes in product launches, grand openings, corporate sponsorships, community outreach, and grass roots marketing.
The firm maintains a high level of integrity with all levels of media. Prior to developing her own agency, Doran served as Vice President of the Pacari Company, where she was in charge of the hospitality and festival coordination division. She represented such accounts as: Rodeo Drive; The Wiltern Theatre; Bistro Gardens; Buccalliti, The Beverly Hills Hotel and Knudsen Dairy.
Elaine Doran sits on the Board of Alliance for Women in Media, Southern California and serves as Public Relations Chair.

She has a thorough knowledge of the women's and family markets and has extensive experience building social media platforms and e-marketing campaigns.
Julie specializes in lifestyle promotions and press events that grab the consumer's attention and raise awareness for a product or cause. She has been part of E L Doran's PR team since 2007 and serves on the Alliance for Women in Media's board of directors.
